How to make an appointment

Online appointment

It is possible to make an appointment yourself on our website. To do so you can register on patients portal. 

By telephone

You can call us on 024 – 200 3000, dial 2. The doctor’s assistant will make an appointment for you.

Consulting times

Morning consulting times: 08.30 – 11.30 hour

Afternoon consulting times: 14.00 – 16.00 hour

Evening consulting times: 20.00 – 21.00 hour (pre-booked on Tuesday and Thursday evening)

We plan 15 minutes per consultation. If you have two complaints or if you want more time, you can make an appoinment for 20 minutes.

Triage

When you make an appointment the doctor’s assistent will ask the reason for your appoinment and additional complaints. She is specially trained to do so. This helps us to make the best assessment of the nature and urgency of your possible complaint. She can also give advise, according to our guidelines (Nedelands Huisartsengenootschap, NHG). The doctor’s assistent is obligated to handle your information (like your physician) confidently.

Cancel or reschedule

If you are unable to attend to your appointment or if you want to reschedule it, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance. This gives us the possibility to schedule another patient. If you miss your appointment more than twice without canceling it in time, we are forced to charge you € 25,-. When it concerns an appointment with our mental health counseller we will charge €35,-, becausse this is a much longer counsulting time.
